Shipping Policy 
We ship domestically within the USA from Miami, Florida.
Standard delivery under $100 is $9.00 in Florida and $12 any other domestic state. Standard delivery over $100 is free.
These policies do not apply for orders weighing more than 10 pounds due to high shipping cost.
All orders are sent via USPS and are trackable. A tracking number will be provided in the order confirmation email. We try to ensure these orders are fully protected; but if an order is lost or stolen, we kindly ask you to contact the USPS directly and file a lost or stolen case using the tracking number provided, as we can not do this.  
If you prefer picking up order at the store use code SVpickup at checkout to deduct shipping cost from total.

Standard shipping methods via USPS priority mail arrives within 2-5 business days. All orders are trackable and we are not liable for lost or stolen packages from your chosen delivery address. Verify your address once you have received the order conformation email.
You need to contact us immediately, within 24 hours, before the order is shipped for any corrections. If an order has already shipped with the incorrect shipping information, the package needs to be returned to us before you can purchase a new shipping label for redelivery. We are not liable for for any incorrect information provided by the buyer; thus you need to purchase a new label. 
We do not offer express shipping, international shipping, or PO box shipping at this time. However if you have any pressing concerns or request, we will try to accommodate the request. Please contact us ASAP at 305-662-5622.
Orders over $200 will require a signature confirmation. We are not liable for any stolen or missing package if you chose to remove the signature confirmation.
